Before joining Research Computing in April 2015, Dan worked as a Technical Instructor at MIT in the Department of Physics. There he and his colleagues redesigned and maintained an instructional laboratory environment of Ubuntu and Fedora systems.
Before his position at MIT, Dan worked as a student engineer at C.S. Draper Laboratory and as a Research Assistant at MAXLab. Dan has a Bachelors of Science in Physics with a concentration in Photo-nuclear Physics.
In his free time he enjoys playing guitar, hiking, and woodworking.
