FASRC: Getting started on FASRC clusters with CLI
This training is focused on getting started on Cannon and/or FASSE clusters using standard CLI (command line interface) tools and SSH.
Audience: Users who are familiar with command line and HPC systems, but are new to Cannon and FASSE. Note that all topics below are a brief overview to get one started on the cluster.
Objectives:
- Demonstrate how to start an interactive job and a batch job
- Check job status
- Cluster storage
- Cluster software (modules, spack, etc.)
Pre-Requisites: A FASRC account, A Zoom account
