Harvard University and FAS Research Computing support will be closed for the winter break starting Wednesday Dec. 24th, 2025 through Jan. 2nd, 2026.

While the cluster and related services will remain online, during this period there will be no on-site support and no Office Hours.

We will monitor for outages or critical issues, but general help tickets may not be addressed until we return.
